Mazmazika is a web application: most of what you see on a tool page is generated from the file or link you supply, and from third-party catalogues. We are responsible for the site itself and for the content we publish — the articles on the blog, the lessons, and the tool pages. We are not the author of the musical works our tools analyse, nor of the audio you upload.

Copyright and third-party rights

The site design, code, written content and branding are owned by Berativ - Almalt unless stated otherwise. Reproducing them commercially needs written permission.

Several parts of Mazmazika are built on other people's work, and we name them where they are used: the instrument samples are credited individually on the sound credits page, along with each licence. Musical works, recordings and cover art referenced by the chord, sheet-music and visualizer libraries remain the property of their respective rights holders.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, write to info@mazmazika.com with the page URL and a description of the material, and we will look at it.

Liability for links

This site links to pages we do not operate — YouTube, sample repositories, the commercial register, our help centre. We check a link when we add it, but we have no ongoing control over what those pages later contain, and we are not responsible for them.
